Data Deletion Instructions

Prellum CRM is operated by Kitbundl Technologies LLP.

To request deletion of your Prellum CRM account or customer data, email info@profileprep.com.

Use the following subject line so that we can identify and process the request:

Data Deletion Request - Prellum CRM

Please include enough information for us to verify and locate the relevant account or workspace:

• Your registered email address.
• Your company name.
• Your phone number.

We may request additional verification before deleting data to protect accounts and customer information from unauthorised requests.

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, accounting, audit, security and contractual obligations. Information that must be retained for those purposes will be protected and removed or anonymised when the applicable retention requirement ends.
