What counts as a user?
A billable user is an active internal employee or team member with a Prellum login. Customers, public form respondents, vendors on shared links and deactivated users are not counted.
Does every package include the same features?
Yes. Every package includes the complete standard Prellum product. Packages differ only by the maximum number of active internal users.
Does my industry change the price?
No. Available industry configurations change the setup and terminology—not the package price.
Can I change my package later?
Upgrades require administrator approval. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and mid-cycle upgrades are confirmed before any prorated charge.
Is the annual price charged monthly?
No. The monthly equivalent helps comparison; the full annual checkout amount shown on the card is billed annually.
What if I need more than 10 users?
